Each item is handcrafted in the heart of Mexico. Production typically takes 10-14 business days. Every piece is curated with care, so minor variations may occur.
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they're submitted. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options at checkout.
Some pieces are limited edition. When sold out, restock depends on availability — sign up for our newsletter to be notified of updates.
Custom work is limited. Please contact us with your ideas and we'll review feasibility and timelines.

Shipping & Returns
All Kubani pieces are made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days for production. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.
As of now we are only shipping in Canada & Mexico. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by your local authorities and Kubani cannot cover them.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Jewelry Care
We use high-quality .925 Mexican silver. Each piece is made to last and designed to be worn every day.
Wear it often, store it in a cool, dry place, and gently polish with a soft cloth when needed. Avoid water, chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. Silver may naturally develop a soft patina over time.
Keep your pieces in an airtight bag or your Kubani box when not in use. Avoid humid environments to maintain shine.
